Spotlight, Poplar HARCA's award-winning youth service, launched a recruitment campaign for its Youth Empowerment Board - an initiative that brings young people directly into the organisation’s decision-making structure. To support this, an animated video was developed to promote the campaign.
The animation was crafted to be energetic, inclusive, and easily shareable, using bold visuals and punchy messaging to connect with a youth audience. It highlighted the real influence young people can have in their communities, making the opportunity feel both empowering and accessible. The video formed part of a wider digital campaign, helping position the Youth Empowerment Board as a meaningful platform for leadership, creativity, and change.
