The Hive Academy is an Ofsted Outstanding training provider that supports around 250 learners each year through free, tailored career development services. To help amplify its offer and connect with local audiences, a wide range of campaign materials were developed - including posters, flyers, digital newsletters and both static and animated social media assets.
Designs focused on being friendly, clear and encouraging, using vibrant visuals and simple messaging to reflect The Hive’s welcoming, person-centred approach. Whether promoting specific courses or sharing learner success stories, each asset aimed to break down barriers and invite people to take that next step - whatever their starting point. The result was a cohesive visual language that worked across print and digital, supporting The Hive’s mission to help people grow in every sense.
