Spotlight, Tower Hamlets' award-winning youth service, launched a recruitment campaign for its Youth Empowerment Board - an initiative that brings young people directly into the organisation’s decision-making structure. To support this, an animated video was developed to promote the campaign.

It highlighted the real influence young people can have in their communities, making the opportunity feel both empowering and accessible.
